Braddock Tract
Encompassing 2,300 acres, the Braddock tract is located in North East Florida, in close proximity to the Jacksonville International Airport. At the intersection of Lem Turner and Braddock Road, the Braddock Tract sits in the multi-use (MU) comprehensive plan designation comprising of residential, commercial and office nodes. Originally apart of the Timicuan DRI, the Braddock Tract can now be developed on its own or in smaller phases.
